Hue lamp, great addition to my Hue collection
I have found the Hue Personal Wireless Table Lamp to be a great addition to my Hue lighting collection. It is great for filling darker areas of a room not covered fully with main lighting. Although it is wireless and portable I tend to keep it connected to the charger most of the time otherwise the light only lasts a couple of hours. Although it can be operated independently of the Hue hub and App by a button on the base of the light I just use the App in the same way as my other Hue lights. It is quick & simple to connect to the hub and add to the App. It then has the same huge range of colours and scenes as the Hue bulbs. It's not a particularly stylish looking lamp and it's expensive for a lamp but it is effective.

I was looking forward to getting this lamp and it is great for just adding some moody atmosphere in a room. But it isn't quite bright enough for my needs really. On occasion I just want to brighten the room for a moment or two, and this isn't quite up to the job sadly. But for just creating a nice atmosphere, it is pretty cool. It also has an awkward design where the power cable comes out of it right where it wants to sit flat on a table etc. Makes it feel a bit wobbly, even when making sure the angled cable is put in correctly. Weird design choice for sure.

Great compatibility with the rest of the hue family.
Had a power cut recently and this was the only light in the house that stayed on due to the battery. It outlasted the power cut and provided a great flickering candlelight glow.

Awesome bit of kit
I do love this light. Easy to use and creates atmosphere in my living room. The only thing missing is I wish it synced with my TV to enhance the colours on the screen

Great versatile little light
Great little light with beautiful colours. Also very versatile as can carry anywhere. Would have been better if made of plastic though as very fragile being glass.
