Rated 1 out of 5 by Kapiti from Works well ... loved seeing where cat went ... but Used just once and highly disappointed with battery life and ringer volume ... battery supposed to last 168 hours (7 days) ... mine failed after 40 hours (less than 2 days) ... just 25% of advertised life ... total waste of time as cat was still 'missing' for next 3 days after battery failed ... ringer is also weak as ... very hard to hear above ambient sounds unless you are 250mm away from it ... forget hearing it if say 25m away and as for bluetooth range of 100m ... hahaha ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ... oh, and as for customer service, they only communicate via email ... they do not have a phone :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by Wdp1 from Does not work as advertised Software does not work properly on either my iPhone 12 or 16 and several features are not available - most notably those that require bluetooth. The helpdesk at Tractive claim that I am a unicorn as they have had no reports from anyone else of this issue and apparently cannot recreate the issue- despite me sending them a phletora of screenshots of the errors. Would not recommend given the poor customer service and helpdesk support from Tractive and the poor software that comes with the application.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Dinos Mum from Don't waste your money Literally lasted 15 minutes before Dino (13 month old Maine Coon) took it off. Also, large is not for large cats. Disappointing result and couldn't even get my money back as even though tracker was turned on, subscription paid for, and working, tracker could not be located. Don't waste your money.

The battery says it can last up to 7 days but I charge it every 2-3 days. Also you have to buy a subscription to use the gps which cost $144 for a year.

Another great question Tieneca. While you can pair multiple Tractive Cat Mini GPS Trackers to the same account to track all your pets simultaneously, each tracker must have its own, active subscription plan and SIM card on the account. It is not possible to link more than one active tracker to a subscription. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO
