Good quality cameras
Video quality is great and especially at night. Find the app sometimes does not always update the feed once detection has occurred. Suggest that the Hub file system utilise other than FAT32 as appears to limit the microSD cards that can be used to <32GB, which is not large enough for local recording 4K videos.

Kept dropping offline. All my cameras were affecte
Had 7 Arlo cameras. Bought 2 ultra 2 cameras to add to my cameras. Once installed. All cameras kept dropping out. Apparently the 4k footage was too much for my home internet. No turds were given from support. Utter useless. Had to sell the cameras at a loss to purchase more hd cameras to have better stability.

So easy to setup and use!
Brought a set of 3 for our new office and couldn’t be happier. Installed them myself and setup the hub, wireless hookup, great phone app. They take really good footage and the alerts are so handy when we’re not there. Recently installed the wireless doorbell to add to the system and that’s working great also.

Great security
This is our second Arlo product We use them on our Airbnb's at the front door to monitor the coming & goings at our properties. This helps us make sure additional guests are not arriving that were not confirmed at the time of booking & also to make sure electrical equipment etc does not walk out the door.

Absolutely fantastic system we bought online a 4 camera bundle with modem and charger and magnetic connector. We then went back & purchased 3 solar panels. So impressed we went back & bought another camera and solar panel.
The cameras work incredibly well and has fantastic vision. Very very clear.

Arlo Ultra 2 - Sensational Camera System
I have recently upgraded from the original Arlo cameras to the new Ultra 2, 3 Camera package and could not be happier. The features and quality of the cameras are beyond comparison with old set up. I would highly recommend the Arlo Ultra 2 as an easy to install and easy to use home security system.

Front Spotlight Camera – Best investment!
After some research into security cameras, wanting to replace the existing one that was awkward to charge, and was not alerted to when low battery. The Ultra 2 captures much better video coverage, live access and alerts, and can easily pop out of the outdoor secuirty cover to charge few hours inside on original case cover on charge (can charge outside if like, but easy enough for me to charge while working at home 3-hours and insert back). The spotlight is a brilliant feature too, helps with entrance to property, as well as alert others there's a camera watching – deterring people the neighbourhood has had issues with in last. few months.
I invested in the Hub to go with it so no need to have the subscription, but the subscription does give a lot of great additional features, but great to have a system that don't have to depend on ongoing subscriptions when on tight budget. Will probably return to subscription later down track tho, liking the recording views easily accessible on mobile.

Easy to set up and use, image quality is very good and better than most 1080p cameras. Not as good as they make out in their market. The wide field of view takes up most of the 4k resolution resulting in lower than expected quality at distance objects. Over still an good clear and wide view.

Found these great to install and love the magnetic mount that makes charging the device very easy.
The performance has been great and get excellent footage and notifications as required.
The base station is also nice and compact which has no effect on my WiFi.

Great cameras - average battery life & subscriptio
Crisp clear 4k videos in daylight. Night time images and range limited by UV leds. Battery life is average - at default settings. The expected edge distortion could have been improved with software. Subscription does not demonstrably improve the performance and value proposition.

Great quality video
I was really surprised with the quality of the picture and the extra features it provides. To be able to view my back and front yard any time of the day live, is fantastic. I also love the notifications when it detects a person and that I can turn it on and off all remotely.

Exactly as advertised and so easy to set up!
We have bought the Nether Arlo Ultra x3 with base station over a month ago and are so happy with all of its features and how easy it was to install. We can now watch our dogs when we go to work and record any suspicious activity when we leave the house with the in built AI.

Fantastic little camera!
Have had the ultra 2 spotlight cam running with an Arlo solar charger for months and i never have to worry about it! Great image quality and features though I will say the AI recognition at night is very hit and miss… nothing that would stop my buying another though.

overall it's okay. I'm a bit disappointed that it misses the first several seconds of recording from when motion is triggered. Would be much better if it recorded from when the motion is triggered, or better yet, for a couple of seconds prior to motion being detected.

The camera is very high quality and looks great too. Overall, the camera was easy to set up and with the Hub, the other three cameras work well. The picture quality is great. The ability to have two way communications is beneficial. Highly recommend this product.

Great when it finally got setup, the dramas!
ARLO told me it wouldn't work on 5g internet. What a load of crap.
I had to buy another hub as instructed by Arlo. My old hub still works btw. I did get a 12 month subscription for free for the hassles and hours on the phone
I cant upload a photo, no surprise!

Good camera
We purchased this as a third camera. Works well. No concerns as of yet, but having issues with the previous ones, as lose connection periodically (not due to wifi or power issues), where I need to reset the camera and add back on. But overall a good product.

Waste of money
I bought this a month ago and the battery just does not hold charge on all three of my cameras. It last max a day and a half and then loses battery. They advertise and say it should last 6 months, that is false. I'm lucky if mine lasts two complete days.

Disappointing
I bought these cameras 12months ago. They require a battery to be charged and at 75yo a 3metre wall mounting makes the camera difficult to access to retrieve the battery. The ongoing cost to monitor the system, at a per camera charge is too expensive.

Frustrating
After several weeks and poor response from your help team (very difficult to understand???) managed to get the two cameras functioning reasonably. From only 3 day battery life I'm averaging approximately 3 weeks. Nowhere near your advertised 6 months?

Base Station goes offline
I bought the camera(4) with the base station but almost once a day the station goes offline and as such no recording is happening. I have upgraded all the software and firmware to the latest version. The base station is wired to my router.

Good Features
I bought this item 2 weeks ago and it's been working well. The autozoom and spotlight functions are great and the cameras focal resolution is superior. The only let down is the monitoring subscriptions to view 24/7 which is costly.

The worst purchase and security cameras I have ever dealt with. I feel ripped off completely. Batteries last 1 day if you are lucky. Constant notifications which can be turned off for 24 hours Max. Avoid this system do not buy

The cameras are very clear but the range of the base station is extremely poor to say the least. you can only get 2 bars even when the cameras are close. Lift your game ARLO and make a base station as good as the camera's

Not worth the trouble
The camera displays good quality footage but you need to pay a monthly subscription to have access to recordings- what’s the point of having a security camera system if the customer cannot access footage? A rip off!!!

Great vision.
camera has been superb. The Smart Hub unfortunately ceased to work after 12 months which was frustrating however the support team were very quick to arrange replacement when trouble shooting did not fix the issue.
