Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Can I back up storage from card to external device

Thanks for your question Murray. Sadly there's no way to do this. The data is proprietary encrypted and can only be read by the Eufy Security app on the specific account. You can, however, download relevant videos through the app to your device, which decrypts it for transfer and other device access.Trust this helps! ^CO
