We have purchased four sets for family members. Elderly parent can operate them, daughter uses her cameras to monitor and speak with her dog and we have our cameras set for alerts only when it is a person. We love them!!

We do have the footage for humans only as we have two dogs, however no matter how much we turn the sensitivity down, it continues to send notifications every time the dogs walk past. We have turned off notifications as we were receiving over 50 a day with the motion of the dogs, which makes it pointless as we can’t have it switched on when we’re not there unless we are to have endless notifications coming through

How far can you place camera away from base unit

Great question Jimbo! The EufyCam 2C can typically be placed up to 10m from the HomeBase2 for a strong signal. The actual range can vary depending on several factors such as exterior wall thickness and material, other electronic devices in the vicinity, base to cam location and outside weather conditions. Does this set of camera has Monthly Fee?
