Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would be 5 but the battery life.. I probably want and need a hardwired version of this, because I want to play with it and talk to people via it & that means, with my FIFO lifestyle, I need to charge it everytime I come home. That is not the stressful part, it is the remembering to charge it that is,. Otherwise, this thing is properly brilliant, system is great, they sync and are so easy to use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the best I love eufy products however the battery only lasted 17 months. and what I mean by that is, it charged up and stayed good for 10 plus days. But all of a sudden, the battery drains within 24 hours. Will not be buying again.

Great question, they are different: T8210CW1 is an add-on that needs a HomeBase hub, while C31 is a standalone doorbell with its own storage and extra features like live video calls and 24/7 recording when wired.

do these work in a low light area ?? ie covered front door.
