So nice I bought it twice!
This is my 2nd purchase of one of the Flex for the back door, I have been using one on the front door for about a year and it has been a game changer. With a toddler and living on a main road we always keep the door closed so having a quick fingerprint entry and auto locking behind you has been an incredible piece of mind. We haven’t had any issues with the product so far.

Delivery

Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Does this lock require a locksmith to install?
Hi Megan, the Lockly Flex Touch deadbolt does not require a locksmith for installation, as it’s specifically designed for easy DIY setup using basic tools, typically taking about 15–30 minutes and replacing a standard existing deadbolt.
