Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality and Craftsmanship The install was very easy, and didn't take much time at all. I swapped out a Kwikset 910 Zwave unit for the Lockly. The fingerprint sensor works solid. The door sensor is spot on also with notifications in the app and push notifications to my phone. I sometimes get errors when connecting to the WiFi where I have to refresh a few times nothing crazy though. The two integrations I would love and feel that's missing is Smartthings and IFTTT. If it's easier to bring IFTTT function first it would be a awesome due to a security automation I would like to write for my Smartthings system. Overall I have and will continue to recommend this great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features and it works! I bought pre-order in Feb and the order arrived by end of Mar and has been using it to unlock my front door everyday for the past 6 months. Installation is relatively easy. Set it up the first time is already relatively easy with an exception of connection with Google Home Mini which was not clear. But after google around, I found some discussions that clarified the setup process for connecting Lockly with Google Home Mini and everything is working after that. Fingerprint reader works reliably, as long as you observed which area of your finger you press on the reader during registration of your finger. I totally recommend it to everyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Keyless Lock Installed the lock a couple of days ago. Got the secure pro deadbolt model in Venetian bronze. Not to hard to install, or program. Works great with codes and fingerprints. Auto lock feature is great to know the house will always be secure. My only complaint is the wired sensor. I ordered a lock that’s mostly black and dark bronze colored. But the wired sensor and the sensor magnet that came with this lock are white. They really stand out, in a negative way, from the overall looks of the whole locking system. My personal opinion, is that these parts should be black for the Venetian bronze lock. Other than that, we are happy with the lock.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent, reliable hardware. Software needs work. We’ve been though multiple “smart” locks from other manufacturers. They have been reliably unreliable. The biometric system in LOCKLY is rock solid. Always works. I also love the 9v lads on the lock exterior that allows for emergency power if the batteries die. The touch screen changes each time so that people can’t surf your code. Brilliant. This is the finest lock hardware I’ve ever seen. The software needs work. There’s no provision for users across devices, and defining restricted access is very limited. Hopefully, the software will catch up one day. It’s far behind the competition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOCKLY Secure Pro I bought the LOCKLY Secure Pro and it is a great product. I highly recommend it over other smart door locks. The quality is superior made very solid, it has so many options to unlock the door like finger print, keypad, key, and cell phone application. It is Bluetooth & WiFi too not like other smart door locks that only Bluetooth it can be unlocked from anywhere. Also, it comes with a door sensor that notifies you when the door opens/closes and by whom. It is easy to setup and the application options like sending e-badge to anyone with having them having the LOCKLY application is amazing!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great lock, exactly what I expected. I purchased this lock about a month ago. Installation went great and I had no issues installing the lock (as long as you follow the directions provided). I'm extremely happy about this lock, but have only one minor complaint. If you dont pull your door shut all the way and the lock auto-locks, if the dead bolt doesn't go in all the way or binds, the door alerts you by beeping for about 20 seconds, which is fine, but I wish that I also got an alert on my phone (without opening the app) to tell me the door didn't lock or had trouble. Other than that, this has been a great lock to have and I'd buy it again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Lock I added this lock to my house so i can give access to my kids via fingerprint when they came home from school. I figured they are too irresponsible to have house keys at their age. The lock looks great, it works flawlessly, I love being able to just touch it once to lock and love the many diferent ways to unlock it. I have yet to use my physical keys on this. I also love being able to set an auto lock so even when I go to bed or stepmout of house I know lock is secure. I do wish the app was a little faster + I wish my fiancee was also able to have same open permissions via the app as me. Besides that it is the perfect lock- Much nicer looking then Yale lock.

The same convenience you have accessing your i-phone should be the same convenience you have entering your house after a long day. I hateddd fidgeting with keys, under the rain, when I have to use the bathroom, ir just anytime at all. And sometimes I don’t even want to bother entering a number. All I have to do is place my finger on the side and it opens quickly and super efficiently. Never fails. If I wanted to use my pin I can. If I want to use a key I can. You have all the options with this lock. Also I can give my friends a temporary pin when I am not home so they can enter. Genius!

Great question Simon! The IPX4 rating applies to the assembled unit, as if it were in place on site. IPX ratings are issued based on the entire enclosure itself. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO

When the door is locked, can this prevent someone exiting?

Great question Flash! While it does have auto locking features, and is a secure lock system, you can still unlock doors when inside a room, through the handle. There is a lock release mechanism built in to allow you to leave rooms safely in event of emergencies etc. Trust this helps! ^CO
