Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! We use our back door as the main entry to our home. Our home is over 100 years old, and we didn't want to attempt to add in wiring for the camera. We have a lot of trees around our house, but our house is 2 stories and still gets sun about 75%of the day, at least the roof above the door. It works great, we bought it 3 years ago, and honestly, I didn't expect it to charge as good as it does. The only time it struggles a bit is when the temperature is below freezing in the winter. This one is going on 3 years and still works great. I'm going to get another one to use for side entrance. It's great when adding wiring isn't an option.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Why didn't I buy this sooner? The RING camera over my garage is just out off my reach using a ladder. I dreaded changing the batteries which only lasted 3 months. With this my batteries are nearly always at 100%. If we have several cloudy days they quickly come back to full power after one sunny day. I even left the light on overnight which totally drained one of the batteries and it fully recharged after 2 sunny days. If you can't hard wire your cameras definitely purchase this. My son installed it on less than 15 minutes. It looks nice too. Would definitely recommend any of the RING products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game changer! I have Game changer! I have a Ring Spotlight Cam Battery and I had purchased an additional batter for that. With my level of paranoia (meaning that I wanted so many alerts that it drained the battery fast) the batteries were getting taken out constantly. I am very surprised and pleased with the difference that this made. I was hesitant to spend the money when I already had a battery that I could charge, but this is well worth it.

I'll review my review after winter but over summer it definitely helped as the hwy sets my cameras off most of the day so they were killed a few times before installing/adding the solar panel and now it's efficient and effective. My system runs on my WiFi but I wish they had a stand alone plan that ran on a hot stop so my internet speed wouldn't get slowed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far works well and easy set up This solar panel was easy to set up and connected seamlessly with the Ring Stick Up Camera. The only drawback was that we could have used a couple more feet of cord to reach a sunnier spot. However even with only a few late afternoon hours of direct sun, it seems to be keeping the battery charged. This review is after two fairly rainy days of use.

But the solar definitely work, not as often do I need to update the battery. 5 stars. Ring Solar Panel #needingupdateproducts

If it is cloudy for extended periods of time, I may have to change the batteries out more often, but other than that love my solar panels.

It works in every kind of weather, it’s not obtrusive looking and it powers my cameras with no issue! It’s small enough to screw to a fence post and not have it look like an eyesore.
