Rated 5 out of 5 by from I wish I could have more cameras The ring battery doorbell plus is a must have doorbell for all homes, businesses, apartments, etc. The doorbell is super easy to install. The doorbell camera also will stand through all temperatures and weather that you may endure across the United States video is clean and not chappy like other video cam doorbells. The audio is also seamlessly good as it does record and show in real time. I used to go with the competitors doorbell, security camera, now I will never go back. The app is easy to use, convenient and affordable. If anyone has ever said, I need to update my security, this is your go to. Thanks Ring!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Battery Doorbell Plus Love that it now has a battery for backup. The downside is that Ring continues to upgrade things that should have been included when I initially set up my system and I find myself having to repurchase items that I've already paid for and had installed whenever they proclaim a newer model. It's not as if the newer model couldn't have been made that way from the start. I'm not talking about newer circuit boards, software and technology here. I'm discussing the same battery they've had for years was finally installed in a doorbell, something that could have been done years ago so as not to cost the consumer a double or triple purchase by the way things are heading lately.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, not the best! Ring cameras could use improvements. To preface this review I live in a rural area, when it gets extremely windy the audio is worthless. Had someone come to my door, tried to talk to them and could see their lips moving but no sound other than the wind. It’s 2026, other cameras have found a way around the wind noise. Ring needs to get with the program. The batteries seem to last about a month. The weight is fine, not too heavy, not too light. The design is fine too. But I think they need to improve on the picture quality and audio quality especially since this is their premium camera.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ring Battery Doorbell Plus I recently purchased this product to replace my Ring Doorbell II. I am giving it an average rating because it really doesn't appear to be any better than the Doorbell II as far as I am concerned. It was easy to install and works fine for the purpose. I don't think the extra wide field of view is worth the extra money I paid for the doorbell. As with my other Ring products audio recording is sketchy at most. Most of the time it doesn't record any sound at all. I like my Ring products but honestly for the price I can get as good quality from much cheaper devices.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from High quality camera great price The RING battery doorbell plus was super easy to install and provides full image HD plus video, motion detection alerts and two-way talk. I’m able to see and talk to anyone at my door and I feel much safer with the RING cameras on my doors! The unit has a quick release battery pack that easily recharges with long lasting life. Anotherr cool feature is that it works with Alexa. For the safety and protection this provides it’s proved phenomenally well!

The installation was simple and the battery power means I didn’t have to worry about wiring. The video quality is sharp, and I really like the wide field of view that lets me see packages left at the door as well as visitors. The Ring app makes it easy to get alerts and check in from anywhere. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can always see who’s at my door.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The worst doorbell for package and visitors On Saturday 7th March 2026 I purchased the Plus version so I can see when my packages get dropped off and I can tell visitors when I'll be back whilst I am out as well. I wouldn't recommend buying this because it doesn't have colour vision or bird's eye view so you can't get a better map of your front door.
