I use it on my dog during the day and it alerts me if there’s movement or an actual person around. It’s clever! It’s got great night vision as well and perfect if your just want to make sure nothing too crazy is happening. It was so easy to setup too. Very straightforward and quick. The only downside I have which explains the 4 stars is that when you open the app to have a look, it’s fairly slow to connecting you to the image. So the alert that comes up might not even be accurate anymore by the time it loads. Other than that, it’s pretty good!

It was very easy to install and as I also have your excellent Doorbell I view them both on my iPhone. The only problem is receiving push notifications in the middle of the night !!!! Sorted that by turning off the notifications.

The quality is excellent in both daylight and night vision and I love the customisation that you can achieve with the sound and picture. Settings can be set to detect both far away movement or close up. The same setting can also be customised with the sound. I placed it around different areas of the house, and it worked perfectly every time. Added bonus was the memory card that was included so I could commence set up immediately.

Ever since having our kids I have become increasingly worried about theirs and our safety. I have woken up a couple of times now to our garage door open because they keys were knocked. So glad we could test this camera out, so we installed it in the garage. It is controlled by an app which takes only a couple of minutes to set up. Notifications sent when moment or a person is detected for peace of mind. Really good quality footage and you can watch in real time. Honestly only took minutes to completely set up and be up and running. No kore getting up at 2am to check the garage door is closed - my phone will notify me!

But once I got over that hump, I found the app to be easy to use. The various settings mean you can have a bit of control over your device, and being able to add multiple devices is a big bonus. It gives me some.peace of mind knowing I can log in and view what's happening whenever I want to - this will be handy when going on holidays to check that everything is all good at home. The size of it means it isn't overly obvious to have inside the home - or even inside the garage. The swivel head also makes it easy to mount and the point in the right direction. Thanks for sending me this product to try - I'll be buying more Swann products in the near future.

It was easy to install before we went away and I tested it out too. While we were away I checked the app (very handy) and it was great to see that our house was safe. When we got home and I entered the room I got motion detection notification on my phone and the video quality was great. Loving the camera for security reasons and looking into getting the full system.

There is a memory card slot to insert for those playback moments. The app to download is quick and easy. I was connected to my camera within minutes. You can select the quality of the video and I chose the highest one which is amazing! There is a bit of a lag but I love how clear the quality is.

Thanks for your question! You can place the camera on a table, shelf, or mount it on a wall using its flexible stand to adjust the angle. Installation instructions are included in the box or available on the Swann website. You'll need the Swann Security App to set it up. Hope this helps! ^CO
