Pay Monthly mobile plans

Our mobile plans all come with endless data, calls, TXTs and hotspotting.

  • One Plan: Fair use applies. Unlimited voice calls & TXTs to standard NZ & Aus numbers (e.g. no short codes or MMS/PXT). Personal mobile use only. Mobile terms and Pay Monthly terms apply.
  • Endless mobile plans: Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after max speed data allowance exceeded. Unlimited voice calls & TXTs to standard NZ & Aus numbers (e.g. no short codes or MMS/PXT). Personal mobile use only. Fair use applies, mobile terms and Pay Monthly terms apply.
  • International add-on on Medium+: Available for use in New Zealand only when you join a $70 or above Pay Monthly mobile plan. Customers currently on these plans are unable to re-sign onto the same plan to receive the free add-on.  Any existing discounts you may have on your mobile account will drop off once you sign up to your new plan.  If you switch or re-sign your plan to an ineligible plan, the add-on will drop off. Offer may be amended or withdrawn at One NZ’s discretion. See International add-on for more information.
  • Daily Roaming: Available to selected destinations. Usual plan charges apply. See Daily Roaming terms
  • One NZ Satellite: Initial beta TXT service rolling out on a limited number of eligible phones with an eligible plan. See one.nz/SpaceX. TXT only and requires line of sight to the sky. Service limitations, network performance, phone and plan eligibility will improve over time. Delivery times of TXT via satellite will be slower than traditional TXT. Terms, fair use and capacity management apply.

  • Any Companion plans added prior to 16 February will remain at the same price. Buy one $70 Pay Monthly mobile plan and add up to 3 Companion plans for $35 each per month or buy one $85 Pay Monthly mobile plan and add up to 3 Companion plans for $40 each per month. Companions must be on the same billing account and plan type must be the same as the Primary Plan (e.g. all One Plan™ plans). The Primary Plan account holder is liable for all charges including the cost of each plan. Companion plans are not available through the Online store. Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after Max Speed Data allowance exceeded. Unlimited voice calls & TXTs to standard NZ & Aus numbers (e.g. no short codes or MMS/PXT). Personal Mobile use only. Prepay Plus mobile plans

All the perks - One NZ Prepay Plus has everything you need to get connected and rewarded. It's their new way to prepay.

All plans include: Hotspotting Voicemail Unlimited MMS to std NZ numbers One NZ Rewards

  • Prepay Plus: Plans valid for 1 month. Plans auto renew at the end of the cycle if you have enough credit. Voice calls & TXTs are to standard NZ & Aus numbers (no short codes). Personal mobile use only. Terms & fair use apply, see one.nz/prepay
  • No NZ casual data rates: If you have used your plan allowance you will need to purchase an Add-on, Daily Deal or renew your plan to keep calling, sending TXTs or use data.
  • $3 Burst Add-on: Fair use applies. Unlimited max speed data, mins and TXTs to standard NZ & Aus numbers for 24 hours. Can't be stacked with any other Add-On. Expires 24 hours after purchase. Eligibility criteria and terms apply for all perks. See one.nz/prepay/terms for all T&Cs.
  • Rollover: Available on Prepay Plus Rollover plans. You must have an active plan to rollover unused data and use rollover data. Data expires one year after it rolls over and can only be used in NZ. Order of use applies. Terms apply, see one.nz/prepay
  • ^DataUp: Collect a DataUp bonus with each consecutive renewal or repurchase of your active Prepay Plus Rollover plan each month, to a max of 100% of active plan data. DataUp bonus can be used from redemption for the remaining time of your current Prepay Plus Rollover plan, and does not rollover. Must redeem through My One NZ app. Order of use applies.   • Endless data: Speeds reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps after Max Speed Data allowance exceeded. Fair use & terms apply, see one.nz/prepay
  • Daily Deals: Purchase up to three Daily Deals a day. Purchased deals expire at 23:59 at the end of the period stated in the relevant Daily Deal offer, and will be used based on the earliest expiry. Terms apply, see one.nz/dailydeals
  • Rewards: Eligibility criteria and terms apply.
  • *One NZ Satellite: TXT/MMS in minutes on eligible phones and plans. Needs line of sight to sky. Standard MMS charges apply. Terms, fair use and capacity control applies. To send a TXT/MMS via One NZ Satellite, Prepay customers must have an active Prepay plan, which means they need to have either TXT/MMS entitlements left on their plan or sufficient credit. If you have no TXT/MMS entitlements or credit left, you won't be able to send a TXT/MMS via One NZ Satellite.
  • +International add-on: Included on Prepay Endless Plus and Prepay Plus Endless Unlimited. Add-On available to buy for $10p/m on all other Prepay Plus plans. If you switch plans which are not eligible your add-on will drop off and you will need to purchase through My One NZ. 20 selected designations include Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom and the United States.
