Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressive BBQ I used this BBQ for the first time on the 16/12/23 after the last one I bought that lasted 10 yrs finally gave up, I was after something bigger (7 burner) like my old one, as we throw a mean BBQ, but similar ones I was looking at were so expensive, I was recommended this one but I was worried about its size, but was assured by the sales team it would be fine, with a house load of 23 people it kept up with everything I threw at it and cooked it beautifully… (partly the chef) evenly cooking the food and very very easy to get the temp you required. It heated up so fast was perfect for cooking stakes and the bigger cuts of meat, ever vegans would be impressed 😂Good piece of kit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hot!!! Owned this bbq for 3 years now. Pound for pound this is a phenomenal grill. Far hotter than a Weber. Not without issues however, I had paint fade on the lid from normal use however this was rectified under warranty. Would be a 5 star on performance without the issue.

Hi Sarah. We don't sell the thermostat as a separate item. It is best to contact the store you purchased from and let them know you are needing your current one replaced. They will confirm if they can source one from the supplier for you and if it is covered under warranty. They will however need to confirm that for you. We trust this helps with your query
