Smoker BBQ - Oklahoma Joe’s
I bought the Oklahoma gas/charcoal smoker BBQ, it’s well built, handles get a little warm but not too hot you can’t open doors, fixed shelves are very useful, their website is good for useful information and a lot of utube videos for smoking. I got a cover for this and it is good quality and fits perfectly so I’d recommend purchasing both together. I bought a flat hot plate for the gas side because the grilling grates are not as user friendly for smaller food. Overall it looks good, cooks well and I don’t have any complaints. I see online people moan about paint loss, but that’s an aerosol can of high temp black paint and a little sanding should it happen, but if you watch temp and oil wipe outside and keep cover on when not in use I really don’t see it being too much of an issue.

Great question! To put together the Oklahoma Joe’s Canyon Combo, start by loosely fitting the wheels, legs, and shelves. Stand the unit up and tighten the main bolts, then attach the firebox, smoker chambers, side burner, smokestack, and gauges. Add the grates and grease cup at the end, and double‑check the propane tank connection for leaks.
