Hi, does this model have to have fat absorber on the drip tray, or can it function as is?

Hi, what grade stainless steel is this bbq made of? I live 2 km from the sea by Long Bay Park and grade #316 Stainless Steel is what I need.

Is this BBQ difficult to assemble?
Thanks for your question Swanny. Not at all, the unit comes with full instructions included as well as a handy part checklist. You'll need a standard Phillips-head screw driver (or drill and bits), adjustable spanner, and scissors. Wear gloves during assembly to avoid injury, and do not fully tighten bolts until required. Is this bbq fixed on the stand etc.
Hi Victoria, this Barbeque comes as one piece. The top can not be removed. It is fixed to the bottom stand. We hope this helps
