If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Are the covers removable for cleaning?
Hi there, the covers can be removed. We do not recommend they be washed in a washing machine encase of shrinkage or become mis-shaped. We do recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth or very mild fabric cleaner. We trust this helps with your query ~JB
