***These Louvred Roofed Pergola's are not a permanent structure. They are designed to be waterproof when louvres are closed. Rainwater runs off the Louvres into the gutters and down through the legs. However, during heavy or torrential rain, some rainwater may drip through. Keep Louvres open in high winds or stormy conditions to allow the wind to pass through, reducing stress on the Pergola. If Anti Wind Screens are attached, please slide up and stow in high wind or stormy conditions. Ideally stow the Anti Wind Screens when dry. If situation does not allow this at the closest time after these have been stowed, slide down to allow to dry properly. This will help preserve the performance and colour of the screen. Not for Commercial Use. Nothing in the warranty terms limits or changes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
