• Cooking Grates: This Oklahoma Joe Smoker comes with porcelain-coated wire grates to provide fast warm-up and heat recovery time. They’re also built lightweight, so it's extra easy to lift upon removal.
• Optimal Control: Backed up with a smokestack and adjustable dampers on the firebox, this unit enables you to regulate its heat and smoke efficiently. It also incorporates a handy firebox door, so you can load more fuel or stoke the fire. Plus, the pivoting cool-touch lid and firebox handles allow you to safely open and close it when needed.
• Generous Cooking Area: Ready to keep up with your demands, this offset smoker can accommodate up to 3 briskets, 7 whole chickens, 4 pork shoulders (on the 3994cm² grate), 15 wings, and even 6 burgers (1810cm² firebox grate).
