Great wand but brush extremely poor.
Due to the poor quality of the brush I am now on to my 4th Remington Pro Curl Wand. Extremely disappointed with quality of brush as it has very limited time use. I don't need 4 wands but it is the only way I can get a new brush for the wand. Surely an extra brush should be included or a better quality brush could be provided as it seems ridiculous having to buy a new wand just because the brush disintegrates very quickly. My hair is very short and only takes 5 minutes to run the wand through it. Also a warning to users - the steel part of the handle can cause a nasty burn if you accidentally let it come in contact with your ears. Not a pleasant experience. .

I bought this product about a month ago and it is great value for money! great second and third day curly hair fix! easy to use, heats up quickly! size of the wand is ideal for medium lenth hair!

very good curling iron! The curls in my hair come out super precise & for the price it’s really good! heats up fairly quickly too! The brush attachment isn’t the best for thick hair, it’s snapped off for me a couple times but the curling iron in itself is super good!🥰

I brought this curler this morning and my experience is Don’t Buy - apart from my hair getting so tangled that I thought of cutting to get my hair out while trying the brush attachment and then using it without - this is not for shoulder length hair as the part that u put your hair under it is not long enough to curl hair - the only way it worked slightly ok was to just wrap hair around and hold But be carful as you will burn your fingers if u try to get curl on the ends - very disappointing

I'm in NZ and bought approx 1 year ago. The brush has gone brittle & disintegrated very quickly. There is obviously a problem with this from the reviews I have read. Can I get a replacement brush for my curler? I am sure I have the purchase receipt.
