Curl release button how does it work ? just got this as a Christmas gift and the curl release button does not seem to do anything, unsure if I need to return if it’s faulty or if I’m just not releasing what it is supposed to do.

Thanks for your question. The curl release button ensures that you do not tangle your hair when styling it. Wrap your hair around the brush, and to remove your hair, simply press the curl release button so that the brush rotates freely. This enables easy removal of your hair from the brush without undoing the style that you have created. If the Remington Volume Plus Air Styler is faulty, we recommend returning it back to your nearest Harvey Norman branch. Trust this helps!

Is this a rotating brush. Thx

Hi Olive thanks for your question. This hair styler does not rotate in the midst of creating any style or curl, however the styler has a curl release button that ensures you do not tangle your hair after styling it, it only rotates when releasing the hair from the bristles so it doesn't become tangled in the brush. Thanks for your question. This is more of a Hair Drier with a brush attachment, than a curler. Unfortunately Hair Driers do not indicate temperature settings and this information is unavailable from the manufacturer.
