Rated 3 out of 5 by from Massage limited on lower back I had the old model for 20 years, was really happy with the product except that version didn't quite go high enough to massage neck and shoulders. There is an improvement on this model going a little higher but unfortunately the massage doesn't reach down low enough on the lower back massage only goes to my waistline, not lower back area. The mesh goes all the way down to the bottom but the massage knobs don't go down as low as the mesh, giving a false expectation. Even pressing the spot button to go lower doesn't help. Definitely not as happy with this model as my last, and the old model had more options as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from only onse set of rolling kneading points The last one I had from Homedics cheaper but an older model was fantastic! It had 3 sets if rolling and rotating points that moved up and down your back. This only has one set of rotating rollers, photo is misleading. Job not done!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PERFECT MASSAGER, GREAT PRICE I bought this massager for my dad for his birthday (64 year old, 6ft 3, 110kgs) and he absolutely loves it! He suffers from chronic back and hip pain since he broke his back when he was younger and this immediately helped alleviate the tension and pain he suffers on a daily basis! 10/10 recommend if you’re bigger/struggle to find a massage machine that really works hard, or if love the feeling of a hard massage this is the one for you!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from SHIATSU PRO PLUS MASSAGE When I bought it I didn't realise that it had such hard "balls" which hurt my back as I'm thin an have no cushioning. The old back cushion I'm replacing is not Shiatsu so just had massage and heat which is very comfortable.So I thought I'd use heat only, but now find that's not possible so I'm quite disappointed that you don't sell the other model any longer.
