Rated 4 out of 5 by from Feels Great on the Face I have neck pain and imusually very stiff in the AM. The heat helps but a hot water bottle has moist heat which penetrates better for me. The cold ring stayed at a constant cold and nothing was dripping into my clothes. But these do not help with my migraines. I'd rather feel the constant percussion that's makes it bearable. I believe that my migraines are caused by my TMJ and heat does help but the heat or cold from the ring doesn't provide enough relief. I would buy it if it's enough coverage for my whole head and provides moist heat for my TMJ pain.

They are not inexpensive, but I have not regretted any of them and I have been getting first responder/medical provider discounts and my FSA account comes in handy for this. I use every one of my the body products regularly and could not be happier. These hot cold attachments are no exception. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

After waiting over an hour to converse with someone they kept having to “get back to me” at the almost two hour mark of the chat system I had gotten nowhere and had to leave for a flight. I was sure to get an email for a follow up and it’s been days and I’ve heard nothing. Very disappointing from what I thought was supposed to be an amazing brand.

That being said I mostly bought this for my migraines and clenching jaw, so far this has done wonders for me personally just being able to relax the jaw muscles and massage the temporal area.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good options but not great I love the idea of the Therabody for relief of TMJ. Reading the options, the hot and cold rings were recommended as well so I opted for the bundle. I like the heat ring and I do believe it helps my TMJ but I'm not sure the help is worth the price tag. I wish the percussive therapy was a bit stronger.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Skip it The hot ring is ok, but the cold one isn’t very good, makes the device very hot and it doesn’t really stay cold for longer than a few minutes. Don’t buy it you’ll end up not using it and it’s expensive. Better get the skinny confidential!
