Great product
I am using it for a week. It's silent. Good quality clean. Economical in electricity and water consumption. LG app is informative. Not sure how beneficial is AI mode. I don't see any direct benefits using AI wash cycle. Machine has both cold water and hot water input. However installer duggested to not use that as it will not be economical and wah quality will not be good. Clothes will have wrinkles after the wash. Shipping time was comparatively slow it took 7 days to receive the machine.

Stable and function-packed
Stable, quiet, and functional. Our old laundry has a fairly steep angle to the floor, while this machine demands absolute levelling for funtion and reliability (you need to use a spirit level to ensure it is perfectly level). The legs have enough height variability that we managed to level it, and it hasn't wobbled an inch even with larger loads. The number of functions is fantastic and the synch profile with the dryer is awesome.

Highly recommend
Very happy with this purchase. It has a great range of preset washing options and the 'quick wash' is very quick indeed. My clothes come out looking and smelling very fresh. It's a very compact size compared to my previous machine which is great. It's fairly quiet when in use. Only down side might be the user interface can be a little clunky - using the 'tick' button on the wheel to confirm functions and start. I purchased direct from LG and delivery was fast, plus received a discount for my old machine.

Great machine with one fault
Overall a great washing machine and a worthy replacement for our previous LG washer which is 10 years old, still going faultlessly and is being handed down to our daughter. I have a reason for giving only 4 out of 5 stars. The washing options are displayed on the control knob and the LED display is not bright enough. I have to bend over, and shield the display from light in order to read the screen.
