Just make sure you put it in your mouth and close your lips before turning in on otherwise the water does go everywhere lol. Someone else in the reveiws complained about the button placement but I haven't had any issues - highly recommend:-)

The buttons are in the wrong place and it's impossible to operate in any sensible manor. They clearly didn't test this in the real world before signing off on the design.

My mouth feels really clean and fresh and it just makes flossing easier. I have a wire behind my front teeth from having braces and it cleans between my teeth really efficiently.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what is needed, could be improved slightly Great at what it does. Button placement not ideal as initially accidentally turn on and off whilst holding but my fingers learned where not to push after a few weeks. I have not used quite long enough to get feedback from a dentist but my teeth looked and felt cleaner. (Due to having narrow teeth gaps and plastic floss getting stuck or inadvertently cutting gums a water flosser was my best option.) Started off on soft setting for first week to condition my gums as recommended and then switched to full power mode. Also getting the technique to keep the water in the tank at the bottom so it's sucked up whilst angling the teeth took a bit of getting used to, but this would be a common problem for all portable models I imagine. Easy to refill and clean, battery lasts for a week between charges so happy on that front. Not a 5 star rating due to button placement and the little rubber bit that fits into the charger socket to keep it dry not being attached in any way to the main body so is potentially easy to lose. Happy though generally.

Can the Orthodontic tips be used on this one or just the plug in?

Thanks for your question Stace! The 360PRO Cordless Water Flosser will only fit the specific 360PRO Cordless Jet Tip Refills. No other branded jet tips will fit into this water flosser. Visit the my360pro accessories page to view a range of tip styles and pricing. Hope this helps! ^CO
