Black Mold!!! Grosss!!!
Whoever designed this toothbrush needs to go back to the drawing board. Not specific to the i010 but the whole iO series. I've owned the iO9 and now the 10 and they both have the same problem. They have too many nooks and crannies that grow black mold. Oral B tells you to do a better job cleaning the brush. The average person isn't going to spend 10 minutes cleaning their brush after brushing. I should just be able to do a quick rinse and air dry the brush. You can't with the iO series. The previous Oral B series did not have this issue.
I will say I love the magnetic charging base with the display and color display, so you know how much time is left.

Premium price, nice design, problematic
I’ve had this toothbrush for about a year, and randomly it doesn’t want to function. It will shut off 1 minute into the brush and flash red like the battery is dead, even though it said 100% when I took it off the charger. Then, it will be fine for several weeks, and the problem will come back. I keep an extra IO 7 for when I travel, and I’ve been having to bring it out to finishing brushing my teeth sometimes.
Over the past 1.5 years or so, it seems like Oral B changed the material the brush heads are made out of. They seem to wear out much more quickly. I get maybe 3-4 weeks out of them before I feel like they don’t clean as well.

Absolutely hate it
I never leave reviews on things and I never pay attention to product design, but this is without a doubt, the most poorly designed object I’ve ever used. The heads of the tooth brush get INSANELY moldy, even after deep cleaning and taking the head apart and keeping it dry. It has a crazy amount of nooks and crannies, making it impossible to clean well. Luckily I have a white one so I can see the mold, whereas my partner has the black one—making it impossible to see all of the disgusting black mold growing the in the grad and the base. Worst. Product. Ever.

Always wonder if I’m brushing correctly, now with this toothbrush I don’t have to wonder no more. The app personalizes your brushing with real-time feedback, guiding you for perfect coverage, brushing time, and brushing pressure for a delightfully effortless clean. Great toothbrush recommend it!

Terrible purchase
Because of the design of the brush, thick head with holes in it, each time brushing my teeth ends in my being covered in toothpaste and slobber. Slobber and paste foam flow out of my mouth the entire time I’m brushing my teeth because the head is sooooo thick my lips do not seal around it I guess and the holes in the head allow my slobber and paste foam to just flow all over the handle and my arms and my shirt. It’s a mess and a terrible experience. I would 100% return this if I had the box still. Terrible experience every day multiple times a day. I should have never switched from Phillips.

Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came across the new Oral B i10 at just the right time. Over the years I have been using the Sonicare toothbrush on a daily basis but it finally quit on me. So I thought I’d give this one a try. I like the fact that it’s available in black and not just white, it looks cool. Secondly with all the technology these days it’s amazing how it works with the app and can detect and keep track of where you’re brushing and how well you’re brushing. And lastly but most importantly, it does just as great a job with the round brush head as the sonicare keeping my teeth smooth and clean everyday

Great product, packed with tech, deep clean
After lifetime use, I switched to OralB from sonicare about 6 months ago. I’m happy with the switch overall. The IO-10 is easy to use, packed with tech and cleans up well. The base does not always track the position of the brush head accurately, but the app is more accurate. IMO, the overall mouthfeel/clean is better than Sonicare, but I do spend more time brushing with the IO. The flow holes make brush head and base cleanup a breeze, just make sure to slightly tilt your head to prevent mess while brushing. Overall value/price is on par with similar level products from competitors.

Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is no other word to describe the Oral B iO series 10 but amazing! I wasn't sure if I was going to like the round brush head as I am use to a "regular" toothbrush but I love it. This this is so smart! It has different settings for gum care, sensitive, whitening and even tongue clean. This thing even has an app that helps you clean. It shows how long you cleaned and what areas you missed or need to go back and focus on. I can not wait to go to the dentist and see what my hygienist says about my teeth and gums. I just know this thing is making a difference! Wow!
