Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can't replace Battery Easily I have been happy with the performance with the toothbrush and after a few years the battery has died. Replacing it could be as simple as replacing a battery in a clock but no it involves soldering and generally stuffing around. Also it is not a standard battery. Surely companies should be forced to make products where it is relatively easy to change a battery. I have to throw out a perfectly good unit because a consumable part is had it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that it is a good size and can fit even to the back teeth between the cheek and teeth with the brush head perfectly fitting to cover and brush the tooth all over. The first few times were hard to get used to due to the high vibrations, but after using it often, it is hard to go back to a regular brush! Its easy to clean, easy to charge and very easy to use. Very good product, I would recommend this toothbrush. I honestly didnt think i would get used to the vibrations as it was overwhelming at first-but I did and I now love this toothbrush over my old one. Now the rest of my family want one too! :-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great electric toothbrush We have one of these toothbrushes for each of the members in our family (there's 5 of us, ranging from 9-45 yo) and they're fantastic, especially when you can get them half price, They do a great job at cleaning teeth, the battery lasts well (a couple of them are years old now). The only downside is the cost of replacement brush heads...they are ridiculously expensive and when you have toothbrush chewers, the $$ add up. However, none of the kids, myself or my husband have ever had any cavities so maybe it's worth the price of the replacement heads, especially if bought in bulk and on special. We will probably continue to use and repurchase the brush heads for years to come

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless toothbrush Both my husband and I have the oral B electric precision toothbrushes. After a month, both stopped working within a week of each other. Got them replaced by retailer and today my husband's has stopped working again bearly a month after getting replacement. Absolutely fed up. Have no confidence in them now. WHEN it works it is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how clean my teeth feel after using the Oral-B Vitality Precision Clean Electric Toothbrush! I can’t imagine going back to using my old toothbrush after experiencing such a great clean with this one. I really like that the toothbrush can remain on the charger when not in use, the vibration to let you know it has been 2 minutes of brushing and the information booklet is very informative. The only downside is that the toothbrush is quite loud so at night it makes it a bit hard for me because when I brush my teeth my children are asleep. Definitely wouldn’t stop me from buying it again though because the toothbrush is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Question? I've had this toothbrush for I want to say 3 years. The best toothbrush ever. Recently it has stopped working all together and I would like a replacement. I don't know why it has stopped but while I was brushing it just died. When it was working, if you hold the base up to your ear you can hear a slight buzzing sound, but when it died I thought it just needed charging. I was wrong. When I put my ear up to the base there was no sound. I charged it for 1 whole day and still nothing. I'm just glad I had a manual toothbrush to brush my teeth. I really like this toothbrush and don't want to get a different one unless its exactly like this one. If you guys have a toothbrush like this one please recommend it to me so I can get a new one. Please contact me and help. Thanks!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Totally underpowered, hardly better than manual brushing Purchased this product just a few hours ago and as an electric toothbrush user for as long as I can remember I am critical of purported claims of 'deep and thorough cleaning' and 'leaving teeth feel clean' if I can't personally substantiate them, and I can't ! This toothbrush is completely underwhelming, from the lack of a charging status light to the under powered brushing ability. Seriously, this toothbrush is barely an improvement over manual brushing. Braun make some exceptional electric toothbrushes but this model is not one of them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ticks all the boxes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toothbrush comfy to hold easy to turn on/off. There a many different head attachments you can buy to suit your needs however the head that comes with it does a great job. It is not over powerful that it hurts your gums it actually feels nice on your gums. There is a vibration after 3mins letting you know you can stop but does continue to go should you choose. The charging dock is small and takesvery little space however been using it for 2 weeks and still not required a charge. I brought one for my husband to use also.
