Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but not as good as it started out as. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the shaver is good. My first impressions were how fast and complete it shaved. I really liked the AI feedback. After a month, I am noticing a couple things; 1)battery life is very short. I leave the shaver in the charging stand so it is always fully charged but after a 2-3 minute shave and a single cleaning run in the upside down cleaner, the battery is often at 64%, that means 2 shaves and 2 cleanings on a single charge; 2)after about a month I notice I am missing a number hairs in every shave and need to go back and touch up. This is likely how I am shaving but come on shaving isn’t that difficult.

The battery of this shaver is terrible. I returned the shaver after 3 weeks. My battery would deplete and need recharging after 3 shaves. My shaves were about 2'30" long and I used the cleaning device from my previous shaver after each use. I thought it was a bad battery, but the replacement I got is little better. I got 5 shaves and after recharging my battery is nearly dead on the replacement. My other Phipils shavers would last about 10+ shaves between recharging. Not practical for traveling due to the bulky and heavy container. Doesn't come with a plug!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth a try? Yes, depending on your type of hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first month of use of two, I would rate it a 5+. A very fine shaver in all aspects. While I still love it overall, I find within 2 months I can feel the blades losing sharpness. I am concerned that within 6-12 months, they will be sufficiently dull to warrant new blades as my shaving time will increase significantly. I read something similar in a review prior to purchase, but hoped it was not the case. I suspect if you have a light hair growth you will have no problems. I have also found the charging percentages can change significantly per shave. For the price, I am a bit disappointed, but will hope for improvement as time goes on.

They come loose when opening to clean. 2. The color/light system is never consistent. Makes me feel I am doing something wrong. 3. Manual cleaning is a must! How else would you rid all the small hairs that get trapped in the shaver heads? 4. Have to open to manually remove hairs more than once during shaving. 5. Still have stubble when done. Other than that is works great lol But why did you have to make the trimmer an attachment rather than a flip-up?

I had other brands before but I didn’t get the same close shave that I do with the Philips Norelco. I recognize that it’s an expensive one but the features are top notch. Light and sturdy at the same time,no irritation after shaving my neck ( always had problems with the previous brands) . Love the UV charging case that disinfect your shaver and the pool pod that cleans it perfectly in just one minute! Looking to buy the charger stand with light and the nose trimmer. I recommend this shaver to everyone and mostly for men that have a very sensitive skin like mine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Razor which is kind to the skin The Philips razor is completely different from razors I have used previously. It has taken some time for me to adjust my shaving routine to the Philips razor. The positives are I feel that the razor is kinder to my skin and my skin feels softer after shaving and the shave appears to last longer. Also the beard regrowth / stubble appears softer than with my previous razor. Drawbacks are that shaving takes longer in order to achieve complete coverage and I am yet to master completely the awkward bits around the mouth area to my satisfaction. Other that I very happy with my Philips razor including the cleaning and accessories. Thank you

Right from the packaging down to the performance it is phenomenal. The UV charging case feels luxurious and keeps that shaver charged and clean. This will also work great for traveling to keep it safe and charged during your trips. The shave is extremely close and fast. It had multiple options depending on your shaving preferences. It also has sensors that tell you if your pressure is too much or too little. Along with if your motions are correct so you know if you’re using this properly. This is a fantastic product and one that should last you quite a long time.
