Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant little shaver!! Great little shaver! Bought the shaver for use on my legs and it works brilliantly. Gets the job done in a couple of minutes and I love how it curves around the knee to shave those hard to reach areas. It came fully charged (indicated by the battery display which lights up when put on) and I have used it at least 6 times already and it's still going. It's super compact so great for travelling. Fits in the hand comfortably when shaving. Using my old shaver would take at least 5 minutes and my legs would still feel stubbly. This shaver gets the job done in a couple of minutes and my legs feel super smooth afterwards. LOVE IT!!

Firstly, it worked perfectly out of the box, very compact and a great size for any size hands to hold and the head is very flexible It allowed me to seamlessly shave the side of my head and the turbo mode really helped with getting my thicker hair shaved. I was shocked that it also had a pop out trimmer for my sideburns as well! A bonus with this shaver was that it came with a carry bag and extra oil to lubricate the blades, the charge was fast enough and a cable was provided as well. Very good product. It allows you to get an even shave all over, and leaves no risk of missing a patch. I played around with different lengths of hair by leaving a few extra days in-between shaves and with the turbo mode, the extra length was no issue for the shaver. The first shave left some irritation on my neck but I put this solely down to applying to much pressure when using the shaver for the first time - so completely user fault. This shaver has now completely replaced my previous, much more expensive shaver! No looking back!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from just what I needed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the last couple of years, I have kept my head clipped short to 0 or as close as possible. It's an aesthetic choice due to the fact that I'm dramatically bald. I have used other electric clippers in the past, however, I have often found the experience tiresome and time consuming. Also, the other product I use doesn't clip the hair short enough and requires more maintenance than I would like. With this product, I feel it ticks all boxes. It's quick and easy as I glide it around my skull. It required little pressure as it gives me the desired fresh bald look. Fantastic product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pure frustrarion with poor in store support I purchased this product about two months ago, during that time it has worked three times. It has been a massive struggle to try and get help. I even brought it into the store shortly after purchasing it and the person I was directed to was deceptive and messed me around. There is something wrong with the battery, when you press the on button it acts for a fraction of a second like it trying to work, then it goes dead. I've cleaned it fastidiously, to no avail. I threw it in the bin last night and just feel a sense of relief that the struggle is over. But I do have to say that those three times it worked, it was really good. Way better than I expected.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely poor battery performance Very, very disappointed. I purchased this as a replacement to a Pit Bull skull shaver that finally failed to charge after 3 - 4 years. With this Remington, I get 10 - 15 minutes from a full charge. I charged it Wednesday last week, used it the following day, went to use it again tonight and I got maybe 2 minutes and the battery died after 1/2 a shave. Similar experience to Anonymous from Hamilton. When it works, the quality of the shave is 2nd to none, but to get 10 - 15 mins only from a charge, compared to the Pit Bull that would last at least a month is extremely disappointing. My experience makes it hard to recommend to others.

The cut was clean and very close, exactly what I've been looking for for some time now. Got through my stubbornly thick hair with ease. A must have if you like to enjoy a smooth head. Battery life is very good, charging is fast and effortless. Compact enough to slip in a bag for travelling or a drawer, yet big enough to fit comfortably in larger (or smaller) hands whilst using.

How to fit the centre "Cutting Head " that is in the centre of the 5 cutting blades

Hi, thank you for your enquiry. To fit the centre cutting head on your Remington RX7 Head Shaver, simply align the new centre head with the mounting points in the middle of the blade assembly, then press it down firmly until it clicks into place. If it doesn’t seat correctly, remove it, check for any hair or debris, realign, and try again. Replacement heads for this model are designed to snap in securely once positioned correctly.

Can you use this shaver in wet conditions? In the shower?
