Rated 5 out of 5 by from Effective and long-lasting hair removal [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product because is very compact and easy to store. It can be easily taken on the go to use whenever suits. It has a decent length cord and works wonders. It has just one speed which I find to be not too high nor too low, but the right speed for effective hair plucking. The pain is quite soft and that was my biggest surprise as I do own another philips hair removal and I have a higher pain level on that one. It plucks the hair quite easily from first stroke, so it doesn't really need extra coverage, which is great for time consuming! Also, easy to clean as per the brush provided!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly I disliked the Philips Epilator Series 2000 “Gentle”, and I use the quotes because there was nothing gentle about it for me. The removal of the hair was so painful, and that was with/without the massager cap. My leg was left covered in raised red dots, sore, and in pain. I had intended to take pictures before and after but forgot because I was too busy nursing the negative after effects using this. The noise level was quite loud too, but the cord was nice and long making the easy off moving around good. The compact size is good too, but I won’t even put myself through that pain again.

Once you get over the noise, and initial shock, it's really good. It is immensely satisfying watching it work and catching all the odd hairs. I struggled with my knees (I'm a big wuss!!), but actually managed to do my armpits. It was a bit tricky initially but the results were so good it's definitely worth doing. Once you go over a patch once it kind of numbs it so you can go back over as needed and it's not as uncomfortable. I get irritated armpits when shaving and this leaves less irritation over all. I wasn't expecting to like this so much, surprisingly highly recommended!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good epilator [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been testing this Philips epilator and it's pretty in pink 🩷😍 It comes with everything you need, guard, brush and instructions - but just a heads-up, it's corded. The lead is fairly long so you can't exactly use it anywhere, bear that in mind. I’ll be honest - I wasn’t blown away at first, but that’s mostly because I’m a bit of a wimp 😂 It did hurt initially, but I put on my big girl pants and carried on. Eventually, I got used to it, and now I actually quite like it. The results last just over 2 weeks, which I think is pretty decent going 🩷

I really like the results I get with the Philips Compact Epilator! It definitely isn't for the faint of heart but you get used to it over time. I really appreciate how straightforward the instructions are and how easy it is to use. It is wired, not battery powered so you will need to be near an outlet, but it is also very compact and would be easy to take on trips! Overall, the results lasted as expected and will last longer the more you use it! Very nice alternative to going to a spa for waxing/epilation

I have had Smooth skin for weeks, it even removed some of the shortest hairs from the root. It is easy to use the massage cap makes the process much more comfortable, especially if you’re new to epilation. It can still feel nippy but you do get used to it. It is very lightweight and ergonomic, it fits perfectly in my hand and is simple to use. Overall, this epilator is effective, easy to use, and great value for money. It’s perfect for anyone looking for long-lasting smoothness without the hassle of waxing or constant shaving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used an epilator before, I feared they were painful so never tried. Now I have used this product I will absolutely continue to use this way of hair removal. The initial start was painful, I can't lie, but after around 3 minutes I got used to it and continued to finish both lower legs. The next day they felt so amazing and smooth! The freshness lasted a lot longer than standard razor shaving. The only fault I found was the instructions, they were not very clear at all, they were just pictures that I couldn't quite decipher.

It’s fast and easy to use, just plug in and tackle the hair. What I like about it is it’s mess free and does not take time to heat up compared to the other treatments that I used. Super compact and light to carry on the go. You can use it for different areas: arms, legs, hands. It does have a little tingling sensation but I got used to it after a while. Very strong when plugged in and I don’t have to worry about running out of battery. It’s not super quiet but acceptable noise level.
