It is getting even the short tough hair. The baterry lasts long time. The light is a nice feature, so is the dry and wet feature as you can use it under the shower or after you've had a shower and you've had exfoliated your skin. It helps me not to miss any part. My legs are smooth for long time. It has 2 speeds and it comes with a nice little bag which is perfect for when you are travelling. There are 5 accessories you can choose from which makes this epilator a great and effective product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from From Brazilian Wax to Philips Epilator 8000 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was regularly getting a Brazilian wax and since I have an older plugin model of Phillips; I decided to get the newest model. I wish I would have been doing a Brazilian wax years ago so then I would have had this awesome machine. I am currently using it on my thighs and my pubic area from front to backside and anything in between. I’m hairless from my waist to my knees. Thanks to this machine. I would add photos but being of the areas it might be offensive. Definitely use this after a shower and I’ve tried the attachments and prefer not to use them. The head of the machine I prefer against my skin.

I was skeptical as I wasn't sure how well it would remove hair but after trying it I know that it does the job really well. It is easy to charge and comes with 2 different attachments to use for different areas. You can use it wet or dry which makes it very convenient. It is light and easy to hold making it easy to get in the right angle to use correctly. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I am 100% satisfied with this product and the results! I would recommend this to everyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never using a razor again [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Philips Epilator Series 8000 Wet & Dry and I'm already in love with it. It's easy to assemble, change heads and use. I haven't used the many attachments yet, but I loved the results of my underarms and legs. I even had the opportunity to use the exfoliating head and it felt great. The epilator itself is lightweight. It also charges fairly quickly and seems as if it holds a great charge (used 3 times and haven't had to recharge yet). The fact that it can be used wet or dry is another plus, but I prefer to use it wet as it's less painful. So far the results have been great and I'm going to continue to use this epilator as my go to hair removal.

I have never tried an Epilator before of any kind so, thought this could be a great new option for shaving legs/bit of upper body hair as well as the pedicure tools. I’ll start off with pedicure beads, those have worked great so far! I usually don’t do too much there but it’s just enough to smooth out the calluses. The shaving heads, I’ve tried most of them and they do not shave as close as I would like - I ended up just buying my regular razors again until I could figure it out.

First it comes with an epilator that has two speed settings. It also has two other changeable heads. One is a bikini trimmer and the other is head or body shaver. It also has a guard for each trimmer if wanted. There are two delicate area caps that can be added as well. There is an exfoliation glove and carrying bag as well. It says it has up to 40 minutes usage but my first use lasted even longer. It can be used wet or dry and even has a light to help see any unresolved hair. I would highly recommend this to everyone wanting to remove hair.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I wish they would’ve kept the old style one I’ve been using Philips epilators for quite a few years now and I’ve always loved the older models (even though the batteries would stop charging after a few years, they were great)! I’ve recently purchased this one and I loved all the attachments that it was coming with- the brush is amazing! The trimmers work perfectly fine as well and that’s pretty much where it stops for me! The epilator function and head is a bit weak, the head is small and doesn’t seem to have much grip compared to the older models, the 2 speeds aren’t that great either! The shape and size are quite good as well thinking about it now…but overall, I’m a bit disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was intimidated at first to use this epilator because the lower of the two speed settings still seemed too aggressive - however, there was nothing to worry about! I have fine arm and leg hair so it takes several passes (as it does with other epilators as well). I prefer this epilator though, as it is more versatile with all its accessories (my favorite is the pedicure head), and it also includes a pouch to keep them all. It's also so easy to remove and add another head with this epilator. Compared to others in this price range, you really get your money's worth with this epilator!
