Rubbish mount too much vibration
I purchased 3 of these from different retailers and they all have the same fault. They vibrate, creating too much movement with the device. The problem stems from where the arm fits into the sucker cup. It's loose to allow rotation, this allows the phone to bounce around with the cradle arm, which subsequently means the display is either unreadable or you end up pressing the wrong button. I also had one of the 3 fail after a hot day (32c high). It's a 2 handed operation trying to get the phone into the cradle as you have to manually prize the spring loaded retaining arms open to seat the phone. If I could give no stars I would. These are comple rubbish for larger, heavier devices.

Very good. Neck slightly too long
It's a nice design with quality parts.I attach it to my windscreen. It's perfect but.... The neck is a bit too long. This means, even with a small iPhone se, that the phone wobbles up and down when driving. The wobbling also means that it has a tendency fall off. I own a couple of cars and also hire cars often, so I switch it from car to car. The tendency to come unstuck and the wobbling mean I have to focus on attaching it, positioning it so that the phone can rest against something, and keeping the pad and window clean. Make one with a slightly shorter neck and slightly more powerful suction and I'll buy several and put five star reviews everywhere! :-)

Works great, until it breaks
Purchased this less than 4 months ago and used it most days without any issues. Easy to attach to my windscreen and was a solid hold for my Note8.
The plastic case that houses the swivel holder in place broke off on each side a few days ago making it useless. I have since been told by Harvey Norman that the manufacturers warranty only covers the sticky/suction part, not the plastic case. Not worth the money.

Great when it stays put
This worked great on my window until the suction lost its power and I continuously would find this mount on my car floor. No matter how many times I would suction it and lock it back onto my window, it would always fall off. The sticky pad to mount to your dashboard was absolute junk and couldn’t even hold itself up, let alone a phone.

Works great in Florida
The only windshield solution I've found to work in FL is a suction cup & claw. Glue doesn't work because of the heat, and other manufactures who got the suction cup right, implemented a cheap claw that broke after a few uses. I found the Belkin AC mount, saw that the claw was high quality, so I looked online for a windshield solution. Well done, Belkin.

Great product!
I drive for UBER so a dependable phone mount is essential. I've been using mine for 2 years without any problems!
The suction mount work great on a smooth non-porous surface. It also comes with a self-stick smooth mount for textured surfaces.
It holds the phone securely and has a wide range of adjustment!
