Great, efficient & affordable
Bought this for my mum, application of phone holder to dash is easy. Ensure you give the area of application a dust and then a wipe with an alcohol pad or water wipe. Let it dry and then stick the item onto the dash. It is durable to ensure your placement is correct on first try. I held it down for 40 seconds and didn't use it for 24 hours to ensure it was secure and set. It has been great ever since, and keeps mum hands free

I just recieved this product. I bought from your store. I am having trouble getting it to hold my phone. The arms should be able to hold my phone by pushing arms inwards which it does but the dont stay there they move straight back out
Thanks for your feedback. This could be an issue with the release button on the rear of the unit, and we recommend taking this to your closest local Harvey Norman store, where they can check if faulty and replace/exchange. ^CO
