Holds charge extremely well. Love the inbuilt battery monitor, clock features, charge and discharge monitors - everything you could ever need in a portable charge is here.

product has a bug - confirmed in writing by the manufacturer.
the "always-on" display shuts off after a while. so if you're using this as, say, a bedside clock, as well as powerbank, its a bust....
advised Harvey Norman, they wanted me to do a 6hr return trip to store (online purchase) so they could "look at it", despite having the email from the manufacturer confirming the fault.
no thanks for pointing it out to them either!
they've still got it up for sale as well...not sure how that sits with trading standards but not my problem.
