Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Good start, but not a premium phone This is my review after 4 months of usage. Initial impressions, fantastic phone. Great battery, awesome usability and looks very nice. Now comes the issues - The screen guard on the outer screen got bad scratches within 1 month of use. This is only after regular use and I suspect it's come from taking in and out of pockets ( where else would you keep a phone?) Reached out to support, and they wanted me to send the phone over to Sydney and that too after 2 months because they don't have stuck. - The wear and tear on such an expensive phone is worrying. I can see scuff marks on the folding edge already, and I only used the stock cover for it. - The camera is a bit or miss. It doesn't capture moving targets very well, and zoom can be meh. For a normal phone, I'd compromise with all these. But being such a premium one, the experience is disappointing.

I also received the pad 10 and watch from honor that was included at the time of purchase. Hardware is great the device performs as it should, I am able to surf google maps/earth quite comfortably at 120fps, the rear camera/s have outstanding zoom, it can decipher distant signs/writing better than my eyes. There are some issues with software like missing shortcuts for certain settings (performance mode) and options unavailable to turn off repetitive reminders like for app/service battery consumption. There doesn't appear to be many options within australia for honor to service this device, so quite fortunate there hasn't been any issues with the inner screen film or other faults with the assembly commonly reported online. It also definitely needs a case.
