Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the elderly We bought this as a backup phone for my mother in law... her voice over ip phone and camera often goes down, meaning we worry and can't contact her to double check she's ok. She has taken on this phone very easily and it has also given her peace of mind with the emergency dial button at the back (set up to call my husband, then myself if he doesn't answer... plus an sms to us both). Setting up a couple of contacts in the address book and fast dial was very easy too.
