My only complaint with this transaction is that after ordering online I had to contact customer services using an online form to request an invoice. Why it isn't sent automatically is beyond me, and pretty poor if good customer service is a priority for HN

The balance and enveloping bubble is amazing for sound. Smart App on the phone, and TuneIn internet radio make this the best Amp i have ever had
