Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Amazing Theatre Quality 3D Sounds [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just finished installing my new soundbar in my bedroom and it has brought a whole new listening experience when it comes to home entertainment. The simplicity of just taking it from the packaging to set up only took a few minutes. The Bluetooth feature does most of the work and makes it a breeze to start listening immediately. I love the simple HDMI hook up and the fact that it also supports Dolby Atmos. The thunderous 3D bass makes the whole house rattle. You can even hear it outside sometimes. You just get so lost and involved with the sound and music coming from this soundbar.

The sound quality is great but it’s better for movies and not music. I only have 4 stars instead of 5 because the remote is a little confusing. The remote will take some time to get use to. But overall the product is great. It’s small and packs a punch. The size is also good because it’s not in the way of anything.

I as skeptical at first it wouldn't be loud enough seeing how it was smaller than my last bar, but after several movies, tv showes and plenty of music, I'm impressed. Right out of the box, sub paired with the speaker and once unplugged in the power and HDMI Arc cable, I was up and running in a matter of minutes. Lall the showes and music had fantastic sound at whatever level I had incredibly good clarity. The included guide for mounting holes was excellent and saved me from patching any unnecessary holes.

The set up is really easy! Pairing is a simple process. It looks fabulous. We love it. Family movie night is so much better with the crystal clear sound and amazing bass! Our friends came over recently and they were so impressed the next day they were shopping for JBL. You cannot go wrong with this set up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we used this surround sounds in a rather unconbwntional way, in the garage. I run a at home mechanic and detail shop out of my garage and was looking for a sound upgrade for daily use. JBL Cinema SB580 sound bar/ subwoofer combo delivered in stellar fashion. This 440 watt system packs a punch over the 60 watt surround sound. The old system wasnt even cutting it, the fans were louder at times. SB580 really updates our sound in the garage. 3D sound like a multiple speaker system. My kids an watch a movie, or I can listen to music while working. All around great upgrade. Would highly recommend, JBL has never disappointed. The eARC HDMI port is a huge upgrade from our old system as well, super crisp movie and music quality. An added bonus for Smart TV/ eARC users is the JBL Cinema SB580 links up to the TV remote and controls JBL Cinema SB580 volume

I've never truly understood the phrase home theater until I connected this soundbar and subwoofer system. I have previously owed the JBL Cinema 120 but this is a major step up. Packaging is typical for a sound bar and bass speaker. The units are black and fit in well with any decor. Set-up was easy using the quick setup guide, you do have an option to download a full owners manual if needed. The sound bar is slightly bigger than the 120 and it definitely makes a difference. The addition of the bass speaker makes a huge difference in sound. It transforms any room into a cinematic event. My system is connected to a 50 inch Samsung TV and is located in an upstairs living room. Watching movies with this unit will bring you right into the action. Unit comes with all the necessary power cords for the sound bar and bass unit, a remote with batteries and a HDMI cable. Setup takes about 15 minutes depending on your tv and cable connections. You do have an option for an optical connection (not included) which I believe makes the sound better (personal choice).
