Obsessed!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness! My boyfriend and I have been absolutely loving this soundbar! It has totally transformed the bedroom into our own personal movie theater. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X fill the entire room for a fully immersive experience. He loves it for Netflix and Marvel movies, but I love it most for blasting my spotify music in the mornings. :) The wireless connectivity is also a game changer for cutting out the need for a special receiver along with the built in voice assistant…this soundbar is truly elite. I have not experienced richer, or deeper surround sound with any other brand yet!

Requires use of phone app to adjust - stupid
I've had this for a couple of months now and am pleased with the sound capabilities of this system, however having to utilize an app on your phone to tailor the sound output is about the most ridiculous thing I have every seen. A simple LED display on the face of the bar indicating which feature setting you are adjusting would be much preferred over the requirement to use your phone. The remote and your colored light system is useless, you expect someone to remeber the colors and what they mean? How much more could it have cost to integrate a LED display into the bar?

Greatness failed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If the soundbar worked all the time it would be close to a B-, but so many times it wouldn't connect correctly. Sometime when I turn the tv and soundbar back on, the soundbar would not connect to my tv through the WOW set up. I could only connect it through bluetooth, which defeats the entire purpose of the WOW speaker set up. One time I can understand, but almost everyday in every situation. Lg please fix what could be a great soundbar

A Great sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a geek and always upgrades things. Sometimes for the better and sometimes for worse.
I can confirm this is definately better than our previous soundbar and has a better base sound. If it's late you can also turn the bass off to limit impact for people sleeping.
Another benefit is the buttons on top although easily hit my cats seem to miss them so no more muting or disabling the microphone by accidentally standing on them which helps.
Overall it's a good size for a 55inch TV and sits nicely underneath it, unlike my last one which was glass this is less of a magnet trap so looks much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this package comes with soundbar, rear speakers, and a subwoofer. It is a great deal for a mid level sound system. However, I was expecting bass that really packed a punch while listening to music. The treble is on point and the volume gets loud and is intense when watching action movies, which I can definitely appreciate. LG is also kind enough to include mounts and hardware for both the soundbar and speakers. We had to purchase mounting hardware for our previous sound system, which can get pricey. Overall it is a good sounds system and I would recommend this to those not quite into heavy bass.

What could've been great.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that the Soundbar is great, has amazing sound quality, and has a great design. I will gladly change my rating to 5 stars when LG can push an update to fix the constant loss of connection to the rear speakers and subwoofer. There's no excuse for this flagship soundbar not having dedicated support that this issue hasn't been corrected yet. I am not the only one with this issue, as there are many posts about this issue with minimal searching online. Coming from the LG SJ9 as my previous soundbar I was expecting a product that works seamlessly as that and would have bass that beat that system or at the very least rival it. Please come through and provide the fixes that this amazing system desperately needs, LG.

A massive improvement over previous soundbar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used soundbars over the last 10 years and this is by far the best sounding one I have owned. My previous soundbar had issues where when switched on it would disconnect and had to be switched off to reconnect not ideal and very annoying. This soundbar sounds better and hasn't disconnected once, however I have been unable to get the wow orchestra set up and connect each time switched on (just reverts back to just soundbar).
The bass is unreal and very lifelike and when used with the rear speakers creates a perfect channel for dobly atmos related music, films or games.
overall would recommend and works well with my LG TV

Great surround system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all this was a great upgrade from my previous Atmos soundbar. Though all media from Tv to movie apps everything was louder and more fuller. The surround speakers worked awesome when receiving Atmos and I was fully immersed with the content. Center channel and overhead speakers were standouts of the system but I was a little sad to see only one HDMI input on the soundbar, there should be at least two with this high of a system. Maybe it was software that will be addressed later not too sure but I wasn’t able to unlock 4K Dolby Vision. Listening to music via Airplay was also great sounding and bass levels were booming.

Are the subwoofer and sound bar wireless besides the cord? In other words, does the subwoofer have to be wired into the TV or sound bar?

Does the S90TR support HDMI 2.1 passthrough? If not, do any of your soundbars support this format? I've heard that the newer bandwidths with the HDMI 2.1 standard are far superior for Dolby Atmos and gaming.

Will the thinQ app work with this sound system?

Rear right speaker wont sync with subwoofer and subwoofer will end up creating a really loud thunking noise randomly. Is there anyone who could help? Support troubleshooting didnt work and they wont repair it
