Great Bundle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality bundle. The SC9S soundbar has a very booming and crisp sound that will definitely fill your room. I opted to buy the add on back speakers to give it a full surround sound and it is very high quality. The C3 TV is...amazing... admittedly this is my first OLED TV but my goodness is the picture amazing. I have so far watched movies, shows, and sports with the TV and I dont have any complaints. One of the coolest parts of the TV is the remote, it has a pointer on it then allows you to use it almost like a mouse. I would highly recommend both the SC9S as well as the C3 TV.

Amazing Soundbar !

The sound is amazing for regular TV and movies. All the sound settings are great for different experiences such as for sports, music, etc…

Super Soundbar

I was expecting it to be much larger but I was pleased to see it was a sleek and complimentary design that didn’t dominate the TV wall. There’s a definite marked improvement in the sound we receive since we’ve installed it. Really impressed with the clear, enhanced sound we now get from the soundbar. I especially noticed it when we’ve watched films in the evenings but my kids have also enjoyed the superior sound for all their cartoons too. Would definitely recommend as a great upgrade gor all the family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is fantastic but the amount of headaches associated with this product are too much.. I purchased this is tandem with a Class C2 Series OLED evo smart TV, You can't innately sync the sound from the t.v. and the speaker through the settings on the t.v. you have to download the LG soundbar app and adjust the AV sync every single time you turn it off and back on. I've had connectivity issues in the past as well, overall it just kind of seems like the software for this device is lacking and the software developers seem to not care about the end product.

Well worth the money - awesome sound
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sound bar by far has the best sound of any tv, or sound bar I’ve ever used. The sound quality is almost as good as that of a stereo receiver with 5.1 or better speaker configuration. When paired with corresponding LG tv there are a ton of options for the sound. Everything from working by itself or in conjunction with the tv speakers. I find YouTube and other lesser quality streaming services a little flat sounding and lacking bass from the subwoofer, but with streaming from Amazon, Disney or HBO plus the soundbar excels, the surround sound kicks in, the subwoofer comes alive and rivals a lot of sound systems.

Don't buy unless you don't care about rear suround
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soundbar does not work with any rear speakers, the rear speakers have been discontinued with no option for anything else to work with them. I feel very cheated as I just purchased this yesterday not realizing the rear speakers did not come with the sound bar. I would have no issues buying the rear speakers if they were available.

Best soundbar I ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using LG Soundbar SC9 for a month, and I enjoy every moment.
The sound quality is perfect. The subwoofer shakes my room, and sometimes I worry my neighbors will complain.
When I watch a movie I can feel how sound moves from one side of the room to the other. Installation was straightforward and once it was done, it worked great. I do not need another remote control, because the soundbar supports an ARC HDMI connection. When I turn on my TV, the soundbar turns on automatically. The soundbar and subwoofer are premium products, and I recommend them.

Is a below TV mounting location recommended? I am thinking about mounting above the TV. I am curious on LG's opinion on impact of sound with the top mount.

Is it better to use the Wowcast feature on the TV and soundbar or just use the HDMI EARC cable?

Both options deliver excellent performance, and the best choice depends on how you prefer to set up your system. WOWCAST provides a clean, wireless Dolby Atmos connection, while HDMI eARC offers a direct wired path. A helpful first step is confirming your TV’s audio output is set to Passthrough so you get full Atmos either way.

Does this soundbar bracket install on the 83" C5 that it comes with? i read that it doesnt work with the 83" not sure why it comes with it, if it isnt compatible. please clarify.
Hi Moe, we appreciate you reaching out, and we understand wanting clear confirmation about the SC9S Synergy Bracket and your 83" OLED C5 (OLED83C5PUA).
The SC9S bracket does not fit the 83" C5.
The bracket is engineered only for 55"–77" C‑Series OLEDs, and the 83" C5 uses a wider 400×400 VESA pattern and a different rear‑panel layout, which is why the included bracket cannot attach—even though the soundbar itself is fully compatible.
One helpful step is checking your TV’s VESA pattern (400×400), which confirms why the bracket doesn’t align on the 83" size.

Can it fit the LG OLED tv 48 inch?

Based on the product specifications, the Synergy Bracket is designed to match and mount with LG OLED evo C Series TVs in 55”, 65”, and 77” sizes only. It is not compatible with the 48‑inch model.
The soundbar itself can still be used with your 48‑inch OLED TV, but the Synergy Bracket will not fit that size.

So I am now reading that the SC9S soundbar has WOWCAST built in. I previously purchased the separate LG WOWCAST WTP3* add-on is this still needed?
