Coverage for an Eligible Fault*

All freight and service call out fees covered
If your product suffers an Eligible Fault, all freight and service call out fees related to assessment, replacement or repair of your product are covered.
Transferable
If you sell or gift your product with Product CareTM, your Product CareTM and any unredeemed benefits of your Product CareTM can be transferred to the new owner of your product.

Good - but not greatGood sound - but quite disapointed in the base which other reviews said was amazing. JBL speekers have better base by far. Battery life is great - Alexa and Google have many kinks and dont really work well with this speaker - checked internet, and this seams to be an ongoing problem for about 12 months. If had of known, probs would have bought Sonos instead.

Do not buy for Google AssistantDespite all the marketing materials, this device is not compatible with Google Assistant in New Zealand (even setting it up as Australia or British doesn't work).
Was really looking forward to this, but I'll be returning it tomorrow.
