Rated 2 out of 5 by from Concerned Customer I really like this product and have used it before under another person's account, but this service really needs to be more streamlined. I'm constantly having to submit a diagnostic inquiry because the system doesn't "recognize my network" and I'm having to reboot aa speaker I'd like to one day use this product without an issue. I have four speakers and very seldom do I get to have all four working properly with the use of my phone. It's very annoying. But when it works, it's great.

I had been a bit frustrated with the WIFI only option and the use of the Sonos app. The new ERA 100 have the option to use the Sonos App through wifi AND the option to use Bluetooth. If I am listening to a great playlist in my truck on Spotify, I can continue it in the house with the Bluetooth connectivity. This is an awesome feature. The Sonos app is working well with Spotify and a few other apps. A bonus is the voice control. Alexa sucks and does not pair well and would not work with Spotify. The included Sonos voice control has been awesome. It is easy to use. The sound is great. I would buy these again and again for: 1. Sound 2. Wifi and Bluetooth 3. the surprisingly awesome voice control. Plus the voice control voice is way better than Alexa.

During the day we mainly listen to national radio stations, but in the evening we often choose to listen to certain genres of music, such as "late night jazz". The sound quality is excellent, and the unit produces ample volume. The only, minor, issue we have encountered is when giving verbal commands, either to "Alexa", or "Hey Sonos", with the unit not recognising/hearing our command, unless speaking to the unit at close range. Nevertheless we remain very pleased with our purchase.

Had considered era 300 as rear speakers but this proved to be overkill economically, and anyway here in Australia DOLBY ATMOS is a dead dog and not worth paying for. DOLBY surround 5.1 works brilliantly with this combination, but also as a rear surround for sonos radio providing an excellent soundstage effect.I have this settup connected to a large oled tv and the experience is up there with the best.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from i'm still not sure if i should take these speakers back I found the setup complicated, then i got my son involved in the setup, after an hour of trying to figure it out we couldn't get what i wanted on the system. I bought the Arc a couple of months and things where good, and recently the 2 ERA 100, I have to turn the Arc volume from 30 to 80 to get the same volume. and cannot lower the ERA 100 speaker volume, it overrides the ARC sound system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love our Era 100 speakers I am so glad that we decided on getting two Era 100 speakers. The sound quality is fantastic and I enjoy using the voice commands. We set up one in the living room and the other one upstairs in the game room. I have two teenagers that have a hard time getting up in the morning so I've set up an alarm to play their favorite playlist in the morning for them to wake up to. I also set up an alarm with relaxing music for when they need to unwind and get ready for bed in the evening.

Sonus voice option didn't support Spotify and Alexa was so frustrating having to say Alexa up to five times every time to get her to carry out a task. Yes the microphone picked up the command but immediately turned off before and voice input could be made Shame really as apart from that it's a great speaker

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy these These Sonos speakers fall off of wifi and stop working all the time. They also become unconnected with each other (speaker to speaker). We use 5 speakers in our restaurant and I highly recommend going with a different setup. I'm kicking myself for using and depending on Sonos speakers because of these issues. Spotify also has issues on Sonos. A lot of the time. Songs will just cut off, or the music will stop, or the speakers will disconnect from each other. Horrible speakers.

My expectations were modest however the little speaker has far exceeded them. It has a sound quality that something so small could not be expected to deliver for the price. The Sonos channels were unexpected and have helped me discover new music. I am left wondering what might have been if I had gone for the larger ERA300. Now waiting for the Sonos headphones ....

I can't even watch the TV now with all my Sonos surround sound system connected. I am constantly adding speakers and getting rid of any others. I fully plan on integrating these speakers into my business location for work and of course for others to use for productivity, training and enjoyment at the workplace! And don't forget the best reason, they sound Awesome!!!

The quality is obvious from the moment you take it out of the box and the sound is amazing from such a small speaker - it's very versatile and integrates well with our other Sonos products and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a top quality smart speaker.
