Rated 5 out of 5 by from Intuitive Controls Make Cooking & Heating Easy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have not owned a microwave for over 25 years, but recently bought both the Bosche built-in compact with microwave and built in oven. Due to dry eyes I need to heat my mini bean bag eye covers in a microwave, and it's perfect. Happy eyes. I also cooked a steak in the airfry and it was great. Plus, having them both connectd to the app and wifi, we finally have two clocks in perfect time and sync. As we're foodies the journey of cooking discovery lies ahead.

The microwave does work well, heats food evenly but could have more power to work faster. The touch screen means it takes longer to set than a regular microwave but not too bad once you get the hang of it. Downsides to using it as a microwave is that in our kitchen (and I would assume most kitchens) it sits higher above the oven, so the swing down door is harder to reach over than a traditional microwave door that swings to the side. We do like it, but some features could definitely be improved and it is very expensive for what you actually get.
