How do the steam cooking and steam clean functions work? Does it need to be plumbed in to the water mains?
Thanks for your question Martin. It doesn't need to be plumbed. It has a water cavity located at the base of the oven which is filled manually with normal drinking/tap water only once the oven is cooled. Trust this helps clarify! ^CO
