We bought this oven last year and it has been a real disappointment. It does not cook evenly, or cope with multiple layers of food cooking at the same time. I would not recommend this product and am already thinking if replacing it with another brand.

Power cut killed it.
The oven lasted 6 years with lots of problems. A power cut while we were not even using the oven killed it completely. $700+ to repair the oven! Not worth it. Careful if you are thinking of buying this oven.
