Love the two ovens but hate the racks
We bought this 5 months ago. We love it except for the racks and trays, which I'll mention in a minute. We love the way it splits into two ovens and we have learnt (or at least gotten used to) how to turn it on, choose the mode, set the temperature, etc. It beeps a wee bit too often.
The gripe we have is that ovens should come with two simple, decent, easy to use racks. We can't cook home-made pizzas in our oven without annoyance with the racks. The "wire rack" has an annoying extra strand of wire across the front, which makes it hard to get trays (pizzas, cookies etc) in and out of the oven. Why on earth??? And the "baking tray" is not flat! It has a raised rectangle in the centre. Why?
Getting a flat tray of food (eg pizza, biscuits) in and out of the oven shelves should be the easiest part to design. How come you stuffed this up?

Not bad
I have this oven for 8 months now and in general terms I'm happy with it, but here are a couple of annoying things about it. When I want to use the buitl in thermometer on a chicken, beef roast ect I insert it on the meat and then on the slot, but it tells me I can not use with that particular setting and need to choose a defferent one. If the oven preheats first before putting food in, it is extremly hot and diffidult to insert the prove in the slot provided for it. I have not been able to use this feature yet. The oven should come with 2 wire racks not just one and no bar in front of it either. It is very annoying trying to slide things out of it. The soft close feature does not work very well when shutting the big oven door, I need to push it in myself, but it does work fine when using the top oven door only. The grill seems to take an awful long time to preheat. Is this normal My previous oven heated up very quickly and I could see the elemens red hot, but not this one.

Some good features but some serious flaws
I agree more with the 1-star reviews than the 5-star reviews.
- Fiddly controls. Not for people with poor eyesight, not intuitive menu system
- Nudge the divider and the oven throws an error message... and needs switching off and on again... losing all your timers.
- Smart app a gimmick... don't bother to try it!
But the biggest design flaw? Even though the oven is mounted perfectly flat, the telescopic rail extends every time you open the door.. this is due to the side racks being poorly designed.
