Best choice ever

It is fast at cooking, it has slashed my 3 hour cooking of slow cooked beef into just an hour! Easy to operate, elegant looking and easy to clean! My bills have been slashed to since the switched from gas to all electric now, thank you

The heating response is very rapid, even to us used to gas, but it is so much safer - no naked flame and no combustion gases. And the utensils remain so much cleaner!

Does a conduction cooktop still require a range hood above it
Great question! A range hood is strongly recommended for an induction cooktop and may even be required by local building codes. Although induction cooktops don’t produce combustion by products like gas stoves, cooking still generates heat, steam, odors, smoke, and grease particles that need to be removed from the air.
