REPLACEMENT COOKTOP
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I HAVE JUST REPLACED MY 15 YEAR OLD BOSCH COOKTOP FOR ANOTHER ONE. ONLY REASON WAS THAT MY SON CRACKED THE GLASS WHICH 3 YEARS AGO AND IT WAS GETTING TO THE STAGE I THOUGHT IT WAS UNSAFE TO USE ANY MORE.
I HAVE 2 BOSCH OVENS WHICH ARE 15 YEARS OLD AND I LOVE ALSO.
ALTHOUGH I WAS RESTRICTED WITH CHOICES WITH THE 80CM CUTOUT SIZE ON MY BENCH I WAS HAPPY TO PURCHASE AN INDUCTION COOKTOP THAT IS EASY TO USE AND AND EASY TO CLEAN.
i HAVE RECOMMENDED BOSCH TO MANY PEOPLE REDOING THEIR KITCHENS.

Gas Cooktop Replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this Induction cooktop as soon as we got it home (My Son is an electricain). We have had a top-of-the-line different brand gas cooktop for about 5 years and have never been totally happy with it as it never could cook a good steak because it took too long to get hot after putting in the steaks. We are over the moon with the way this induction cooktop performs. Should have updated years ago. Thanks Bosh.

What is the recommended size of the hole that needs to be cut in the bench top to fit this size cooktop?
Great question Chester! According to the Bosch NZ website, this has a required niche (cutout) size of 51H x 750-750W x 490-500Dmm. Instructions can be found on the Bosch NZ website, and we recommend consulting with your installer for specifics around cabinetry and ventilation per instructions. ^CO
