Not worth the trouble
I bought this 5 months ago and had all the trouble in the world with it. Electrician came , wrong part came. Eventually a new cooktop arrived only to have just as much trouble. Electrician again. Still not working.

Terrible
Purchased this model 3 years ago. Within 18 months all the electric controls malfunctioned. Had the cooktop replaced and another 18 months later they have all failed again. Cooktop cannot be used and no longer under warranty. Will be replacing with another brand.

We had this cooktop and it stopped working around 6 months, got it replaced under warranty and it has stopped again around 6 months.

Absolutely awful
I wish that I had never purchased this cooktop! Has been faulty from the get go-not recognizing pots that it should be able sense, slow to heat up, shuts itself off in the midst of cooking. Won't turn on unless we turn it off at the wall and restart it again. Overall a terrible product. Thank goodness for Harvey Norman offering me an exchange or refund. Will never choose anything from Euromaid ever again

Rubbish cooktop
We have had this for 2 years and it is terrible. It refuses to recognise pots and switches of non stop. Harvey Norman replaced it with same model and same problems again but they refuse to replace or refund blaming it on our power supply. The electrician has told us there is nothing wrong with power supply. Won’t by euromaid again or anything from Harvey Norman

This product is lucky to get one star, brought one and right from the start it was trouble..Dual zone would not work on Tepynaki plate.Had service guy up still problems. Would not switch on at times. Had whole unit replaced and this was not much better, same problems, switching of by itself, not working on zones..
To Harvey Normans credit they gave us a full refund, si we got another better brand..
Beware.
