I liked my previous one a lot better!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am somewhat disappointed with the cooktop; we have a F&P fridge, freezer and washing machine, and they have been good. The glass cooktop isn't easy to clean, but my main problem is I can't turn the burner flame down far enough to simmer, especially so I can use my pressure cooker. I have to heat the contents on the wok burner then move the heavy very hot pressure cooker across to the smallest burner, which is awkward. The two back burners don't allow a gentle simmer either. I didn't have this problem with my previous St George gas cooktop.

Cooktop pan supports
Product works well, looks attractive, however the pan supports have already showed signs of the surface material wearing after minimal use. Also the pan support on the large burner is higher than the pan support on the rear burner, therefore when placing a large pan on the rear burner it is uneven so you need to remove the pan support from the large burner to rectify this.

Pan support concern
We are concerned that the hot plate pan supports are 4 separate items and quite small thus leaving quite large sections of perimeter glass exposed below or to the side of each pan support. Our previous hot plate had two larger pan supports covering all 4 burners and protecting the glass below.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of the gas Thermocouples have stopped working , some cook burners are out .Had to engage a Gas plumber to replace thermocouples . Sad thing is I,m told the cooktops only last about 5 - 6 years , mine is 5.5 years old !

600mm 4 burner gas cook top
The 600mm 4 burner gas cooktop is awesome the large burner that has the wok attachment is really good and gets hot for those stir fry’s I highly recommend it for those with limited space
