Disappointed, cannot maintain high heat
Brought this from Harvey Norman December 2025 used it for 6 month. Cooktop has a major design fault, when trying to sear meat it will only heat up pan once and basically stop maintaining the high temp to sear other side of meat.
Its as if there is a safety mechanism inside stopping the element from heating at high temps above 60% setting. There are no errors and there is adequate ventilation below and behind cooktop.
Very disappointed when wanting high heat for frying or searing otherwise great to use.
